Certification
The certification process is done by certification bodies. Depending on the country the company aiming to be certified is located, different certification bodies are allowed to grant ISO certification. A company of organisation cannot be certified by ISO. It is important to understand that only requirement standards can be certified, therefore ISO 56001 is the certifiable standard on the ISO 56000 Standards Series.
